Do guests need to download an app?
No. They tap the NFC tag or scan the QR and the menu opens in their browser.
Can guests order ahead for pickup?
Yes. Your own pickup website takes orders with 0% commission, and they appear on the kitchen screen.
How does the stamp card work?
Every order adds a stamp; when the card is full the reward is ready. It's included in the Drop plan.
Which payments do you support?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards and mada at the table, settled to your account through Tap.
What does it cost?
The Drop plan is AED 249 a month per branch billed yearly, or AED 299 monthly, with 0% commission on your orders and a 1.0% fee on online and pay-at-table payments.
