A restaurant POS built for the UAE
Onetap is a restaurant POS and table-ordering platform for the UAE. Guests tap an NFC tag or scan a QR code to order and pay from their phone; staff run the kitchen screen, the Till and bookings from one app. The Till prints FTA tax invoices with your TRN and 5% VAT, and delivery-app orders land in the same kitchen queue. Plans start at AED 249 per branch per month, with no commission on orders.

What the guest sees
One tap on the table opens the menu with photos, calories and allergens, and the guest orders straight to the kitchen. Each guest can pay their own dishes, split evenly or pay an amount, with a tip. The table closes itself when it's paid.
What your team runs
- Kitchen display with timers and sold-out in one tap
- Till with cash drawer, X and Z reports, manager approvals and voids
- Reservations with deposits, waitlist and WhatsApp reminders
- Loyalty in Apple and Google Wallet, WhatsApp offers with consent
- Inventory with recipes, purchase orders, rota and time clock
UAE tax invoices
The Till prints a "Tax Invoice" with the restaurant's TRN, a sequential number and 5% VAT in AED. When a company gives its TRN, Onetap prints a full tax invoice with their name, address and TRN, and each line's price before VAT, the rate and the VAT. Refunds print as tax credit notes naming the original invoice. UAE e-invoicing for business invoices starts in 2027 and is on our roadmap.
Where it fits
Cafés in Dubai Marina and JLT, family restaurants in Abu Dhabi, cloud kitchens, hotel outlets and food trucks all use the same platform, set up for their kind of service.
Questions
Do guests need an app?
No. The menu opens in the phone's browser from the NFC tag or QR code on the table.
Is Onetap FTA compliant for tax invoices?
The Till prints FTA tax invoices with your TRN, sequential numbering and 5% VAT, full tax invoices for business guests, and tax credit notes. Have your accountant confirm your own obligations.
Can we keep Talabat and Careem?
Yes. Their orders reach the same kitchen queue through Deliverect, Foodics or Grubtech, and your own ordering site takes orders at 0% commission.
How do payouts work?
Card payments go through Tap to your restaurant's own account; Onetap keeps a small payment fee shown on the pricing page.
